I started Servo Garage Doors Aurora in 2015 after ten years of watching homeowners get burned by vague phone quotes and surprise invoices. I still run service calls when we’re stacked three deep, especially in February when the temperature swings snap torsion springs across Aurora faster than any other month. Rosa joined us in 2019 after six years with a commercial door company in Denver, and she runs every new installation we do from Aurora to the eastern edge of our service area. Darnell answers the phones and keeps the schedule from falling apart, which in Aurora‘s spread-out geography is harder than it sounds. Elena started with us in 2023 after completing a mechanical trades program at Pickens Technical College right here in Aurora. She shadows James on repair calls and Rosa on installs, and she’s already taken lead on ten solo spring replacements under supervision.
